As our next Carbonite, you’ll be joining a team at multiple levels. You’ll be part of a team in your office, training by experienced accountants, meaning you can easily tap into a knowledge base for a tricky question or to bounce ideas off for the next team activity.

About the role.
We're on the hunt for new members of the Vietnam team at all levels.

• Junior accountant who wants to commit > 3 years with Australian taxation.
• Bookkeeper with Australian taxation experience.
• Intermediate Australian accountant (Australian taxation)

We're eager to find someone with a bright and eager personality but more importantly a hunger to push the boundaries of their own capabilities to join our team at Vinhomes Westpoint, Ha Noi Office in September 2022.
Key tasks

• Prepare annual Australian Income Tax Returns
• Prepare financial statements for companies, trusts and partnerships.
• Prepare Activity Statements (BAS)
• Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance and Bookkeeping.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

We're looking for someone with (the must):

• Ready to commit to the Australian Taxation for the next 3 years or more with a clear career development path.
• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
• Excellent excel, spreadsheet analysis & computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, Good command of English (IELTS 6.0 equivalent).
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive outlook.

You will be a strong candidate with:

• Experience with Xero/MYOB and the Microsoft Office suite is an advantage.
• Experience in the preparation of Financial Statements and Australian tax returns for various entity structures is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Australian taxation legislation is an advantage.
• Completed or completing CA/CPA equivalent is an advantage.

(These skills are optional, you will be trained on the job, so don’t worry!)
