Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices for all sales (ecommerce platform, modern trade, and other sales channels) in compliance with local VAT requirements.
• Manage accounts receivable, including trade deductions and collections.
• Oversee inventory management and reconciliation.
• Verify and process input invoices from all vendors.
• Assist with year-end closing and collaborate with auditors.
• Handle other internal and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting; preference for candidates with FMCG and retail experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MISA.
• Experience in ecommerce accounting is a plus.
• Can speak/read/write English in order to deal with overseas counterparts
• Available to start immediately.
• Prefer 9x candidate

• Salary: 15 - 18 million VND gross (negotiable based on experience and performance).
